Hi! Do you remember that we went to London last week? Well, this week we are going to tell you about our little getaway. The best way to start these series? With a good restaurant!
This is one of my favourite restaurants in Hamburg. I’ve already told you about it here. This time we took my mother and she loved it too! The atmosphere is lovely, the decor is simple and rustic with that fancy French touch and, of course, the crepes are delicious!
I love Madrid, I think it’s a fantastic city. I’ve spent the most amazing years there and I always love to come back. One of my favourite things to do in Madrid is walk all the way from Plaza de Cibeles to Plaza de España, that is, enjoying the heart of Madrid: Gran Vía. I would like to share with you my favourite shops, restaurants and clubs along this wonderful street.
Today I’m sharing with you our favourite restaurant in Venice. La oliva nera is the perfect small and charming osteria. The food is beyond amazing: traditional Venetian food with a modern touch. We always pay a visit every time we go to Venice and it’s always excelent.
And we’re back from Bruges! We’ve spent the most incredible 4 days. The city was incredibly beautiful, the food was beyond amazing and the hotel was perfect. So, be prepared for a load of posts about Bruges this week! Let’s begin with mmm…Monday! Once again Tokyobanhbao made a wonderful recommendation! We read about Tanuki in her blog and we didn’t hesitate and tried it! We were there twice in four days! Yes, it was that good!
You have thousands of options to have a nice meal in Rome. Please, forget that you can only eat pasta or pizza! But obviously, you can have wonderful pasta and pizza here!!! Here you have some suggestions to enjoy food:
Fontana di Trevi: it’s absolutely beautiful. Yes, there are thousands of tourists there, but try to forget them and see the beauty of it. Go there early in the morning… maybe you are lucky and have a minute or two alone with it. And don’t forget to visit the Fontana at night, it’s magical.
We love food markets, so the last time we visited London we spent a whole morning wandering Borough Market. It is almost food heaven: fresh fish from the British coasts, locally grown or exotically sourced fruits and vegetables, butchery at his very best, international food, artisans, bakeries, cafes, restaurants…
Are you planning a trip to Spain? You have to visit Granada. It is perfect to spend a weekend with friends but also to have a romantic getaway with your someone special.
