We’ve been to Copenhagen a couple of times in the last couple of years. We’ve shared with you our favorite places to have brunch (one & two), where to find the best pizza or where to stay. And even though it’s quite a small city, Copenhagen has so much to offer that we can’t get enough of it. It’s stylish and welcoming, colourful and black and white, traditional and avantgard. We would love to come back and finally spend a day in Tivoli (we haven’t been there yet!), eat the most amazing vegetables in Geist, discover The Standard and walk under the warm Spring sun in Kogens Have.
Last weekend we saw this film and we thought that Summer in Copenhagen has to be amazing, don’t you think? By the way, the film is pretty good. It showcases the city beautifully. We saw the film and immediately felt a Wanderlust attack. Now we just want to rent two bikes and get lost in Copenhagen! Does that happen to you too? Which films make you want to travel? In Bruges was definitely a clear “pack your bags and go” film for us. We saw it and then this happened!
Love the way you have put this moodboard together, I’ve been to the other Scandinavian countries but not to Denmark yet so the tips will come in handy when I do!

Thank you so much, Suze! Denmark is stunning and Copenhagen is just charming. We know that Stockholm gets all the credit but Copenhagen is gorgeous and really interesting. ahh this makes me happy that another fellow blogger is giving Copenhagen a shout out! I am Danish! do let me know whenever you are there next! I can give you some great tips on where to eat and most importantly where to shop!
We will be there in a few weeks! Any tip is more than welcome!!!
You have to try FIAT – a great italian restaurant in Kongens Nytorv – I did a post about it here. http://www.thesecrethoarder.com/2014/08/thin-crispy-at-copenhagen-fashion-week.html
Also I would highly reccommend going to Louisiana (Modern Art Museum), the food is great in the restaurant, views are fabulous and a great gift shop even if the art doesnt tickle your fancy. Henrik Vibskov store is most definitely worth a visit and if you like little boutiques and vintage shops then larsbjornstraede is great! have a fab time!
Thank you so much for your tips!!! We will report back ;)
Can’t get over the fact how stunning this all looks! Have a lot to check out there. Also love your theme!
Thanks! Brand new! ;)
