When it comes to Christmas there are two kinds of people. Those who wear velvet and entertain and those who spend the holidays in pyjamas while eating their weight in sweets.  Are you one of those people who plans lovely Christmas gatherings at home and dresses up? Then we have a lovely, healthy appetizer for you. Are you a pyjama wearer, TV marathon binge watcher? Here you have a delicious snack that will make you eat veggies while leaving more place for chocolate. Chickpea curry

After two posts dedicated to resolutions for the new season, we are ready to jump into Autumn like a child jumps into a puddle. And this recipe is perfect for that. It’s ridiculously easy, it’s light but comforting and, well, even its colours scream Autumn. This chickpea curry is going to be our go-to for those days when we want something naughty after a long day in the office followed by a gym session… but we still want our dinner to be good for us. Healthy lunches: lentil soup

Good morning! How was your weekend? We had a great time on Saturday: we went to the farmers market, ate lunch in our favourite place (click, click) and finish the day with a concert. Sunday was for cooking. So let’s get back to our healthy lunches and start the week with good intentions. This recipe is a modified version of the tradicional Spanish lentil soup, which is delicious, but quite strong. We have made it vegan and lighter.
