Poulet à la moutarde

This recipe is arguably the most famous recipe of David Lebovitz, someone you surely know if you love food, cookbooks and wonderful instagram feeds. We are sharing it with you for two reasons: one, because sometimes you just need to spend a little more time in the kitchen, forget coconut sugar and low carb food, get lost in a recipe and dunk bread into thick, scrumptious sauces. And two: because I’m studying French and what better way to get motivated than trying to replicate oh so French recipes? Now that I think about it, there is another reason why we love this recipe (and David Lebovitz): we love mustard. Long time no see? Well, I’m sure you’re thinking that after the last avocado toast post there was nothing more to add to this blog. Well, even though #avotoastsarelife, there are other reasons. Have you ever tried to do your laundry but on the way to the washing machine a sock falls out and then you bent down to gather the sock and then a bra falls out as well and then you try to pick it from the floor and another sock falls out and when you finally have everything in your hands and you try to continue your way to the washing machine because you just want to do your laundry and get on with your life you hit your head with a piece of furniture and that hurts so much that you inevitably touch your head and therefore the perfect pile of dirty laundry collapses and all the socks fall out all over the floor?
