Yesterday I wanted to prepare something sweet and comforting. I had some Nutella left, so I decided to look for a nice easy recipe to cheer up my Sunday morning.
I followed this recipe but since the batter was very liquid, I decided to keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Once its consistency was slightly steadier, I poured it in my beloved minimuffin pan. Since these muffins are very rich and full of flavour I thought we could use a smaller dose, so I turned them into one-bite treats.
Perfect with a glass of milk for the kids or combined with a strong espresso for the adults.
