Shopcaster: independent boutiques online

TheSlowPace1

Good morning everyone! Have you ever wanted to go shopping in those hipsters little boutiques in Williamsburg? Or have a look at the small shops in über cool Queen West in Toronto? Well now you can do it from your sofa! Shopcaster has put together a really nice selection of independent retailers and offers you the possibility of buying online from multiple cities in North America. We love their job because they are helping small shops and young entrepreneurs to get where they won’t be able to get alone.

If you have a look at their site you’ll find original and unique products. For a tomboy look, I would choose this cute tshirt from the men’s department that would be lovely this Summer with shorts and Converse, these shoes that would be perfect for Spring walks and these sunnies that are just the coolest!

Decorating your new place? This wooden box would be perfect for a shabby chic home. They have the cutest cushion ever, a fish hotel (how cool is that, huh?) and a beautiful butcher block that would make your kitchen even prettier. And speaking about kitchens and new homes, you can buy the perfect “Welcome home!” gift box.

Do you know what I love the most? That you can buy vintage too!!! I love it because I just don’t know where to find good vintage stores and I feel a little out of place everytime I visit one of them :) This shop has the most stunning dresses and this one has incredible vintage fur jackets.

And at last, but not least, let me show you my favourite boutiques: La bicicletta, for the coolest leather shoulder bags and bike related awesomeness, and Graven Feather for the most most most beautiful cards.

We, poor Europeans, have to wait until they delivery worldwide, but hey you, Americans, you are lucky! From today, Shopcaster is offering our readers a 15$ discount in your next purchase with the code THESLOWPACE.

Go shop small!!

PS: I’ve just realized that Toronto is quite cool…  I think we have a new destination in our bucket list!
