London day 4

Our last day in London was rainy and cold. I guess the city was all sad because we were leaving… We made a quick visit to St. Paul’s cathedral and the City. I didn’t know it but the City has a fascinating history and gorgeous churches. If you are visiting London, I highly recommend reading this book first. You will discover amazing new and hidden places.

Fancy salad

Hello!! How was your weekend? We enjoyed a great dinner in our favourite Japanese restaurant, attended a farewell party and spent Sunday cooking and watching funny films. I also worked on Saturday morning, but nobody’s perfect! Let’s start the week with a short post and a yummy super-easy-to-prepare salad! You just need your favourite green salad, some goat cheese, some slices of JamΓ³n IbΓ©rico and a couple of figs. Just mix everything and season it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of maldon salt. Super easy and really tasty! Original recipe here! PS: Cool tablecloth, huh?

London Day 1

So we went to London the week before fashion week. Yep. That’s us. Great timing. Always. Anyhoo… we had a great time so we thought some of you (if there is anyone out there, hello?) would find interesting our little routes around London. Day 1!!! We started our day with a nice walk from our hotel The Grosvenor to one of the most famous places in London: Buckingham Palace! The weather was amazing. It was strange because it didn’t feel like the last days of Summer… it was more a Spring-is-coming-yay! feeling. Weird but oh so nice!
