You have seen my love for picnics here and my love for sandwiches here, so I thought that we should celebrate the Queen’s jubilee with some yummy sandwiches in a nice virtual picnic!
The menu? Cheddar Sandwiches with Quick Pickles and Honey-Mustard Spread, Beef and Radish Salad Sandwich, Roast Beef Sandwich with Cukes and Pickles and Turkey Caesar Sandwich!
